What you'll do

• Support the 1:1 Relationship Leads (VP, Philanthropy and the CEO) in:Coordinating calendars and booking meetings
• Be the point of contact for major gift phone calls
• Pull lists, run reports and provide data analysis
• Create and edit donor proposals in Canva
• Maintenance of donor records in Notion, Donor Perfect and Active Campaign and document moves management to reflect all fundraising activity including calls, actions, notes, relationship connections etc.
• Work with Board and Campaign Volunteers to assist in fundraising and outreach
• Help prepare and write proposals, briefing notes, stewardship reports and other correspondence to support fundraising efforts to enable the 1:1 Team and key volunteers to cultivate and solicit major and planned gift relationships

What We Offer

• The annual salary is in Band A - $40,000 - $55,000
• 4 weeks vacation
• 4 day weeks from Victoria Day to Labour Day and December (Total of 17 additional days off)
