Engaging Our Next Generation of Non-Profit Leaders

As a part of the Women Empowering Women Digital Community’s International Women’s Day initiatives this year, we invite you to attend the Youth Program: Non-Profit Organizations sessionThis is a fantastic learning opportunity for the next generations of non-profit leaders who will one day play an integral role in leading our health care system and community to pursue our vision to become world class.

In this session, female leaders from local non-profit organizations will open up a discussion about the career and volunteer opportunities that are present in nonprofits and showcase the critical role women play within these organizations with the goal of inspiring students to consider volunteering or pursuing a career path in these fields.

Taking place online on Tuesday, March 28th at 6 p.m., Youth Program: Non-Profit Organizations will be moderated by Deborah Barton, Grand River Hospital Foundation’s Director of Philanthropy & Planned Giving, and will feature the following speakers: Jennifer Scott from House of Friendship, Tova Davidson from Sustainable Waterloo Region and Raeana (Rae) Samuel from Technovation.
