One in two Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, and the wait for a diagnosis can feel endless.

At Grand River Hospital, our lab team works hard to provide life-saving diagnoses, but a four-week turnaround for lung biomarker testing slows the process. By expanding our immunohistochemistry (IHC) testing capabilities, we can cut this time in half and provide faster, more accurate diagnoses right here at the hospital. However, the costs are high, and we need your support to make this possible.
