Learning and Organizational Development works to support and enhance organization effectiveness by building relationships of trust and partner with our team members and stakeholders so that we can consult, advise, train and coach through change and development.

  1. Organizational Development Consulting – Working with hospital leaders to develop multiple mechanisms for changing behaviour and improving organizational effectiveness. Through an intensive process of assessment, goal setting, evaluation of team and organizational systems, we can provide Leaders with the tools and facilitation support they need for comprehensive reflection as well as team and organizational effectiveness.

  2. Leadership Development – Help prepare individuals for increased responsibility and more complex tasks, while helping leaders identify their personal development needs to prepare for future responsibilities.
