Let's take a journey back to 2006-2007, and once more in 2008. It was during these years that Rose (Mom) underwent her challenging battle with breast cancer. The Grand River Regional Cancer Centre played a crucial role in providing her with the care she needed during these critical times.
Throughout both instances, our family felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Mom's medical team, right within the proximity of our home. The presence of a dedicated cancer centre in Kitchener proved to be an immense blessing, delivering unparalleled health care precisely when it was most needed.
As we gather to pay tribute to Mom during the Ladies Garden Tea event, I would also like to take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the upcoming 20th anniversary of the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre this Fall. Your contributions to the cancer centre, made in memory of Mom, hold profound significance. These donations will go a long way in assisting individuals who, like Mom, find themselves in need of the center's support. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

When donating, any information entered in the billing address fields on the payment screen will be used to generate an automatic tax receipt. If a company name is added here, the tax receipt will be issued to the company.
If your donation is in honour of a friend or loved one, you can email them a digital e-card upon making a donation.
E-cards are available for donations made in memory and in celebration of someone, and each e-card allows you to customize the message being sent. In order to send an e-card, you will need to know the recipient's email address.
When you reach the completed payment screen, you will see the available e-card options, or you can click this link to send an e-card and message directly.
The Foundation will only notify individuals upon request. You can use the cart note function to provide a message and contact details for the recipient.
