Located directly across the street from Grand River Hospital’s KW Campus, Foundation House serves as a hub where we can connect with our communities. Whether you are dropping off a donation, picking up a Grand Venture order, or attending an event, cheque presentation, or meeting, we look forward to welcoming you to our new space.

Please note that due to ongoing construction at the corner of Pine St. and King St. W., access to the parking lot via Pine St. (options 2 and 3) is currently unavailable. If you would like to park in the lot behind Foundation House, please use options 4 or 5. There are also three parking spots available at the front of Foundation House (option 1), or you can reach us by taking the GRT (option 6). Thank you for your patience and understanding!
