‘Made-in-Kitchener’ seniors program gets funding boost

Recently, the Ontario government announced that it will be investing more than $4.1 million to expand GeriMedRisk, a program aimed at helping seniors with complex medical needs. Currently based out of Grand River Hospital, GeriMedRisk focuses on making it easier and faster for seniors for seniors living with complex medical needs to access coordinated care in their community.
