Pink the Rink Supports Cancer Care at the Hospital

The U14 Kitchener AAA team hosted a Pink the Rink charity hockey game on Sunday, turning Kitchener's Sportsworld Arena into a sea of pink. They're supporting Sarah Cochrane, a nurse at Grand River Hospital and mom to one of the team's players, who is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer.

The team held a silent auction, sold chocolate breast cancer ribbons, and handed out ribbon stickers. All of the money raised will support to Cancer Care at Grand River Hospital.
